Kari Hoy

Kari Hoy is a Senior Research and Project Assistant at ShadowBox with a BS in Psychology with a business focus from Penn State University. Kari has 20 years of professional experience cultivating and training high-caliber teams in a variety of complex environments. She is committed to helping organizations move beyond standard operating procedures by enhancing existing training programs through incorporating cognitive skills training. Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, Kari currently resides in San Jose, California. When she’s not working, she can undoubtedly be found researching criminal decision-making, hiking the beautiful Californian landscape, indulging in foodie behaviors, and hanging out with dogs.
