Kari Hoy

Kari Hoy joined ShadowBox LLC at the end of April 2021 as a Research Assistant. She completed a BS in Psychology with a focus on business from Penn State University in the fall of 2020. Kari has over 16 years of professional experience cultivating and training high-caliber teams in a variety of environments. She is committed to helping organizations and their employees improve their training by focusing on enhancing cognitive skills through strengthening critical thinking and decision-making processes. Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, but currently residing in San Jose, California, Kari loves staying active, exploring nature, and heading to the beach whenever possible! Weekends are dedicated to dog training with her rescue pitbull, Nala, and her cocker spaniel/lab mix, Odie.
