Check out a new article about ShadowBox, titled "Moving the Needle: The Science of Good Police-Citizen Encounters," in the March 2016 issue of The Police Chief.  Gary Klein co-wrote the article with Brian Lande from the Richmond, CA Police Department.


The article details Gary's investigation into the skills and strategies used by expert law enforcement officers to de-escalate situations.
